PUBLIC EVENT SUPPORT REQUESTS
General Information
Please note that requests may not interfere with our operational mission - our mission must come first!
All requests for Missouri National Guard community engagement participation must be submitted to the Missouri National Guard Public Affairs Office via a DD2535 (used to request aviation assets) or a DD2536 (used to request non-aviation assets).
All requesters should be aware that all Missouri Guard community engagement requests including flyovers, static displays, guest speakers, service member involvement, etc., must go through an approval process, which includes a legal review in most cases.
This process can vary depending on the type of request, and certain requests may be subject to time-sensitive requirements. For this reason, we kindly ask that all requests are submitted 90 days before an event.
- Non-aviation support requests received closer than 30 days of an event may be subject to denial.
- Requests for flyovers must be received for processing at least 60 days prior to the event for full consideration. Requests received closer than 30 days will not allow adequate planning for our units.
- Requests for aircraft static displays received closer than 60 days will not allow adequate planning for support.

REQUEST FOR NON-AVIATION ASSETS
To include uniformed military speakers, color guard, band assets, marching units, and static displays of non-aviation equipment.
Complete a DD2536 (PDF) and submit completed request form to Missouri National Guard Joint Force Headquarters by scanning and emailing to: ng.mo.moarng.list.pa-staff-distro@army.mil.

AERIAL SUPPORT FOR PUBLIC EVENTS
Requests for Missouri Army National Guard Aircraft
Aerial support in public events is available on a very limited basis. Requests for Missouri Army National Guard flyovers and static displays are made through the Missouri National Guard Joint Force Headquarters. Complete a DD Form 2535 (PDF) and submit completed request form to Missouri National Guard Joint Force Headquarters by emailing to: mo.ngpao@army.mil. Please use the instructions and example packets linked below to accurately complete the DD Form 2535 for your request type (flyover or static display). Missing or incorrect information on the DD Form 2535 causes the most required corrections and delays in processing.

Requests for Missouri Air National Guard Aircraft
Participation in aerial events is based on aircraft availability, operations tempo, and airfield suitability. The Missouri Air National Guard has B2 Stealth Bombers and C130 Hercules. The process for requesting Air Force Aerial Event participation is:
1) All Air Force aerial event requests must start with a submission here: https://www.airshows.pa.hq.af.mil/.
2) Once you have received a request number from their system and garnered all required signatures, you then e-mail a completed DD2535 form to AerialEvents@us.af.mil.
